Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 2022 Big Machine Music City Grand Prix! We could not put this event on without you! This year's Grand Prix will take place on August 5-7 in Nashville, TN, with volunteer shifts beginning on August 4th. 

Returning Volunteers: Welcome back, 2021 Volunteers! We are so excited to work with you again. In order to register as a returning volunteer, you must still have your 2021 volunteer uniform. If you do not have your uniform, please register as a new volunteer so we can make sure to have a uniform for you on-site. 

Volunteer Positions and Information:
All volunteers must be 16 years of age or older and register for a minimum of two (2) shifts throughout the event week. All volunteers will receive parking, transporation, and meals during their shifts. Volunteer positions include:

• Race Day Ambassador
• Access Control
• Can-Do Team
• Zone Captain

FAQ:

Question: Will I receive a refund for my 2021 Volunteer Payment?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. Volunteer refunds will only be issued to the volunteers that paid for their uniform for this year's event, as the volunteer program has been generously underwritten this year. 

Question: Will I be able to watch the races?
Answer: As a volunteer, you are crucial to the fan experience, so we respectively ask that you perform your duties as assigned during your volunteer shifts. However, you may enjoy the event before or after your shift. More information on this policy will be provided to you in the Volunteer Handbook.

Question: I am trying to register and clicked "Login" but it is not recognizing my e-mail. What do I do?
Answer: Make sure to click "Register Below!" which is located directly under the "Login" button. Once you register, you will be able to log in to your account to view your schedule.

Question: I only have one of the polos from last year. Can I still register as a returning volunteer?
Answer: Yes! As long as you have at least one polo to wear during your shifts, you can register as a returning volunteer.
